With such a large group of 65+, we must require that a deposit of $300 per person be sent to us no later then August 1st 2006. This will guarantee your room (early is better!!!). If the August 1st passes we cannot hold your space. Please remember we have invited more people than currently our villas will hold. The Ocotal Resort and ‘possibly’ a villa or two more will be available when the villa rooms are booked. The Ocotal Resort rooms may be booked through our wedding coordinator. Please email travel@latitudesadventure.com to reserve the rooms not being booked at the villas. Please be sure to note the Fegen/Franklin Wedding. Please e-mail or call us with help in that area. Don’t contact the hotel personally at this point. We will utilize the villa owner to assist us making these arrangements for you.

On your rsvp card there is a section regarding special needs. We will do our best in having the villa staff and our event planner in Costa Rica get the items you request. We will be sure to alert you to their availability and additional charge (if required). Remember, we are in a developing nation and special things require a lot of work to get so be mindful of what you request. or how much you request. Things like American beers are not a problem most of the time but something like Evian in a glass bottle or non-allergenic pillows most likely will be.

We are here to do our best to get any item you request. We have many contacts there and will do our best to make your trip more comfortable.
