Our villas are simply awesome. Please see their website for photos and details about the villas. This is a private villa community. The villas are very close together. Most are just a 100 yards walk from each other. They are about a 2-minute walk to the beach. Taxis are available for rides into town for just a few bucks. Each villa has its own pool and each room has A/C and a private bath. The villas are staffed with a cook, maid and houseboy/bartender. They will take care of all your needs including meals, drinks, room cleaning, fresh towels and personal washables. There is a fitness center, as well as personal spa therapy available with a reservation. The villas have satellite TV, DVD, CD stereo system and A/V library.

Quinn and I will contact you personally to notify you of your villa once we have received all the confirmed rsvp’s. Villas Paraiso provide our meals, maid service and, of course, open bar!!! Villas Paraiso are a small gathering of luxury villas on the cliffs overlooking the Bay of Papagayo and Ocotal Beach.

$159 per adult, per day. Kids under 16 are $89 per day, under 5 are free. Villas Paraiso per person fees include:

• your room
• a private bath & amenities
• all food and beverages including the bar

dining
Dining in the villas consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Typical Tica breakfast is black beans, rice, fried eggs, fruit, juice and killer coffee. Lunches are light since most are out touring. Sandwiches, tacos, salads and fruit rule the day. Dinner, served around 6:30pm, offers awesome fish, pork, chicken and vegetables.

bar
The bar is Costa Rica is very simple. Basic rums, vodkas, bourbon, tequila, red and white wines are available. Costa Rica has some of the best beer in the world. Ice-cold Imperial is served everywhere. American beers and specialty liquor is available for an additional cost. Please note this on your rsvp card please.

gratuities
Our villa staff will serve our every need. We ask that each person present their villa’s staff with gratuity of $50 per person ($100 a couple). There will be an envelope presented at breakfast on our departure date. They will take both Costa Rican colones and American dollars.

If you plan to arrive earlier or stay longer than the villas are rented, please let us know those dates so we may assist everyone planning to do that and ensure we have the right amount of space reserved for you. The 6 villas are booked and have been confirmed by our deposit. Villas Paraiso require full payments 90 days prior to June 17 (March 25, 2007). Each guest will be required to provide a $300 deposit. Please remember that rooms in the villas are limited. The rooms are on a first come…first serve basis. This is based on our receipt of your deposit. In other words, if you want a spot at the villas…get it in gear! The Ocotal Resort and ‘possibly’ a villa or two more will be available when the villa rooms are booked. The Ocotal Resort rooms may be booked through our wedding coordinator. Please email travel@latitudesadventure.com to reserve the rooms not being booked at the villas.
